Noteline
Terms of Use
Last updated: June 21, 2026
By using Noteline you agree to these terms. Questions: info@noteline.co.
The service
Noteline lets you import sheet music (MusicXML), overlays note names, and provides practice tools (playback, looping, tempo, transpose, and more). Some features require a Noteline Pro subscription.
Your content and rights
- You are responsible for the music files you import. Only import files you are entitled to use — public-domain works, your own compositions, or scores you are licensed to convert. Do not import or convert copyrighted commercial scores you do not have the right to use.
- You keep ownership of your files. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and sync them so the app works for you.
Subscriptions (Noteline Pro)
- Pricing: $4.99/month or $39.99/year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Prices may vary by region.
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or use it to infringe others' rights.
Disclaimers & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Note names and chord labels are generated automatically and may occasionally be imperfect.
Termination
You may stop using Noteline and delete your account at any time (Account → Delete account). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and notify you of material changes in the app.
